Xx88 Terms and Conditions — Clear Rules for You to Play Safely

By accessing or using any service available on the xx88 platform — whether creating an account, making a deposit via Pix, placing a Sports Betting wager on the Brasileirão, or playing at a live roulette table — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming rules.

Acceptance is completed electronically at the time of registration, when you check the corresponding confirmation box. This act constitutes a declaration of intent with full legal validity under the Marco Civil da Internet (Law 12,965/2014) and applicable Brazilian legislation.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not use xx88's services. Continued use of the platform after any updates to the Terms will be considered tacit acceptance of those changes.

To register and use xx88's services, the user must meet the following mandatory requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Must be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF.
• Full legal capacity to enter into contracts under the Brazilian Civil Code.
• Not be registered on any voluntary sports or gambling self-exclusion list.
• Must not have had a previous account closed by xx88 for a Terms violation.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in the registration form.

One account per user

Each user may hold only one active account on xx88. Creating multiple accounts using the same CPF, email address, phone number, IP address, or device is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all of them will be immediately closed and any pending bonus balances will be cancelled.

Identity verification (KYC)

Xx88 may request identity verification documents (Know Your Customer — KYC) at any time, including a photo ID, a recent proof of address (less than 90 days old) and proof of the payment method used. Verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal is processed. Failure to submit the required documents within the indicated timeframe may result in a temporary suspension of withdrawals.

Xx88 accepts deposits exclusively through the payment methods listed below, all operating within the Brazilian financial system. Deposits from third parties are not permitted — the holder of the payment account must be the same as the xx88 account holder.

Xx88 does not charge fees on deposits. Any fees charged by the user's financial institution are the user's sole responsibility. Deposits made via methods not listed above will be returned to the sender; a reversal fee may apply according to the rules of the payment method used.

Withdrawals at xx88 are processed exclusively via Pix, to the Pix key registered on the user's account, which must be held in the same name as the account holder. xx88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, prepaid cards, or any method that does not allow beneficiary traceability.

Processing timeframes by VIP level

• Bronze and Silver: up to 3 minutes after approval.
• Gold: up to 2 minutes after approval.
• Diamond: up to 60 seconds after approval.

The minimum withdrawal is R$ 30.00. There is no standard maximum withdrawal limit, but amounts above R$ 10,000.00 may be subject to additional identity verification (KYC) in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations (Law 9.613/1998).

Withdrawal release conditions

• Identity verification (KYC) completed for the first withdrawal.
• Sufficient real balance available to cover the requested amount.
• Completion of any active bonus rollover requirements before withdrawal.
• No active investigation for suspected fraud or Terms violation.

Xx88 does not charge fees on withdrawals. Withdrawals are available 24 hours a day, every day, including weekends and holidays. Users may request as many withdrawals as they wish within the same day, subject to Pix operational limits.

Xx88 offers bonuses and promotions subject to specific terms. By claiming any bonus, the user confirms they have read and agree to the applicable conditions. The general rules that apply to all bonuses are:

• Each user is entitled to one welcome bonus, tied to the account's first deposit.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and have no cash value until the rollover requirement is met.
• The welcome bonus rollover is 10x the bonus amount received, with a minimum odd of 1.50 per bet.
• The welcome bonus rollover must be completed within 30 days from the date the bonus is credited.
• Bets closed with a full Cash Out before the result do not count toward the rollover of any bonus.
• xx88 reserves the right to cancel bonuses if bonus abuse or the creation of multiple accounts for accumulation purposes is suspected.

Welcome bonus

The xx88 welcome bonus matches 100% of your first deposit, up to a maximum of R$ 500.00. The minimum deposit to activate the bonus is R$ 20.00. The bonus is credited automatically — no coupon code needed. If you withdraw your real balance before completing the rollover, any remaining bonus balance will be automatically cancelled.

Weekly reload bonus

Available to active users from their second deposit onward, the 50% weekly reload bonus (up to R$ 200.00) is available every Monday via opt-in in the customer area. The rollover is 12x the bonus amount, with a 30-day deadline.

VIP Cashback

The weekly cashback is calculated on net losses for the week (bets settled Monday through Sunday) and credited automatically every Friday. The cashback rollover is 5x the amount received. The percentage varies by VIP level: 5% (Bronze), 8% (Silver), 12% (Gold), 20% (Diamond).

Sports Betting on xx88 covers football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, and international competitions), volleyball (Superliga and international leagues), basketball (NBB and NBA), MMA/UFC, e-sports, and other sports available on the platform. Settlement rules for each market are based on the official regulations of each competition.

Live Betting and Cash Out

Live Betting lets you place bets on events already in progress, with odds updated in real time. xx88 offers Cash Out (partial or full) on selected markets, allowing you to settle bets before the final result. The Cash Out value is calculated by the system based on the odds at the time of the request and may be lower than the original stake.

• Live Betting odds change continuously — the odd confirmed at the moment of your click is the one that applies.
• Manifest odds errors (values clearly inconsistent with the market) may be voided by xx88 prior to settlement.
• If a match is abandoned before half-time, all bets will be voided and stakes returned to the user's balance.
• Matches postponed by less than 48 hours remain valid for betting. Postponements exceeding 48 hours result in void bets and return of stakes.

Parlay bets (multiples)

Parlay bets combine two or more markets into a single bet, with odds multiplied together. The final odd is the product of the individual odds. If any selection within a parlay is voided, that event's odd is counted as 1.00 in the final result calculation. Parlays combining two outcomes from the same match (e.g., final result and goalscorer) may be restricted by the system due to direct correlation.

The live casino games available on xx88 — including European roulette, French roulette, lightning roulette, live blackjack, baccarat, slots, and crash games — are provided by certified third-party providers audited by independent bodies. xx88 does not develop the games directly, but is responsible for ensuring that only licensed providers with audited RTPs are available on the platform.

• The RTP (Return to Player) for each casino game is publicly disclosed on the respective game title.
• Casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or by real dealers via live stream.
• If a technical failure occurs during a live casino game, the round is voided and the wagered amount is returned to the user's balance.
• The use of automation tools, bots, or scripts to play casino games is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

Bets placed on casino games using bonus balance are subject to the same rollover rules described in Section 5 of these Terms. Lightning Roulette and other titles with special mechanics (multipliers, bonus features) may contribute differently to the rollover — please refer to the specific conditions of each bonus claimed.

The xx88 VIP Program is structured across four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond — based on the user's wagering volume in the current month. Progression is automatic and calculated according to the following criteria:

Wagered volume is recalculated on the first day of each month. Bets with odds below 1.30, voided bets, or bets closed via full Cash Out do not count toward VIP volume. The tier reached is maintained for 30 days after the end of the month in which it was achieved, as a protection period.

Xx88 reserves the right to remove a user from the VIP Program or suspend benefits in the event of a Terms violation, suspected fraud or abusive use of VIP bonuses. In such cases, the user will be notified by email with the reason.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on xx88 and may result in immediate account closure and cancellation of any pending balances:

• Creating multiple accounts with the same CPF, device, or IP address.
• Using third-party data to create an account, make deposits or request withdrawals.
• Attempted money laundering or use of the platform to move illicit funds.
• Use of bots, scripts, or automated tools for sports betting or casino games.
• Betting on both sides of the same event using an active bonus balance (hedging).
• Exploiting odds errors or technical system failures to gain an unfair advantage.
• Sharing account credentials with third parties.
• Any attempt to interfere with the operation of the platform or xx88's security systems.
